Wells Fargo Bank This goes with the Hertz ripoff. Wells Fargo debited my account $826.44. Layton, Utah

On April 12, 2011 I went on line to check my account. I couldn't believe what they done. With only a balance of $2.38 they authorized a payment to Hertz for $826.44. My unemployment check had been deposited leaving a negative $630.00. After several e-mails between us with me telling them that I was not paying any fees for their stupidity for paying the bill. Lo and behold about two hours later an e-mail was sent to me for an overdraft and late fee charges that were going to be added.  I would like to know what the person was doing when they authorized payment when the balance was $2.38. Then to tell I was going to have to pays all these extra fees. What was going through that persons head to ok that kind of payment.
