Wells Fargo Bank WFB Sells customers & non customers info to scheming telemarketers San Francisco California

Anyone receiving numerous calls from a WELLS FARG O BANK caller id and numerous numbers claiming to be Wells Fargo? Well it's because they are selling/giving customers & non customers info to their contracted telemarketers and other scheme type of telemarketers. They have been sending numerous telemarketing letters to my underaged son that he is a valued customer and sign up for this and that and you will get a FREE IPod,etc.

They have a form that customers can fill out to opt out of these Wells Fargo Bank telemarketing offers that is probably in very small print somewhere on the form when you sign up for an account, but what about non customers that are getting telemarketing calls that claim it's Wells Fargo Bank calling but really a telemarketer trying to get you to give your info out before finding out what they're calling about first and use WELLS FARG O BANK(O actually is spaced on caller id as shown so it's not really using WELLS FARGO BANKS' NAME) caller ids.

National Union Fire Insurance Co. who is really AIG,Inc. calls from several numbers 1-877-740-3334 / 1-877-740-3335 / 1-877-740-3336 and first claims to be Wells Fargo when answering this call then after you question theperson calling they then state it's not WFB and an Insurance offer that is affiliated with WFB. Or a letter with Wells Fargo Bank letterhead but is for AutoVantage Enhanced service by Trilegiant Corp. aka Affinion Publishing LLC and Brickell Financial Services Motor Club DBA Road America Motor Club which does the road help/fixing, which all these companies have numerous complaints against them in several US states.

By entering these company names in any search engine you can find all this out very easily as well as the court hearing on Wells Fargo back in 2003/2004 for giving out customers financial info to telemarketers. There is another call that has a WELLS FARG O BANK caller id and 1-954-926-5987 number that constantly calls no matter if you told them to STOP calling and file numerous FTC complaints, FTC DNC complaints, BBB complaint against Wells Fargo Bank. They keep making Harassing HANG UP calls everyday and don't abide by any Telemarketing Laws, but when you call any Wells Fargo Bank they have no clue who these numbers are and say it wasn't Wells Fargo calling for such an offer.

So BEWARE on these telemarketing calls and when dealing with Wells Fargo Bank make sure they don't have your info otherwise they will sell it to telemarketers. Very frustrating when your not a customer and have to deal with these telemarketing calls that claim to be Wells Fargo ,then when you call Wells Fargo and they tell you should have filled out the opt out box for telemarketers but tell them I'm not a customer or did any business with them they don't know what to do about the telemarketer calls and cannot really help you in any way because they have no forms for such a problem.

Employees were speech less when you tell them your a non customer or never did any business with them and how can they send my underaged son telemarketing letters on top of that claiming he's a valued customer, there was alot of dead air on my calls after informing them of this problem. So the saga goes on with these harassing calls because nobody can do anything to STOP these telemarketers at Wells Fargo.
