Wells Fargo Bank needs to be pressured with Imminent (BK) Threats or Mediation Law and Procedures.
They are basically a giant collection agency. They purchase the distressed mortgage at Extreme Discounts from various key players in the sub-prime arena.
They collect aggressively on this paper. They do not play by the rules and need to be pressed hard.
