my car was repossess from this bank, and i was never notified of it until 5 days later after the fact they took my car. I asked numerous times from Jim who is the manager of finance to give me a break down of all the charges and till this day he has not mailed me one. I have been charge extra charges and I dont understand why. I think this bank is a rip off

You are right, it isn't your fault you didn't make car payments.  It is everyone elses fault.

Silly

AUTHOR: Susan - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, May 20, 2011

This isn't Wells Fargo or anything more than your fault.  You knew you were not making your payments and knew the car was going to be repoed.

Call me silly but if my car was repoed, I wouldn't need a bank to tell me 5 days later that they took my car.

Chicanita, If you 'Google' this- WHO CONTROLS THE UNITED STATES ECONOMY BY MAJORITY 2010, and watch that video on the web there's a picture of the Wells Fargo CEO....

AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)

towards the end of that video, right?

Maybe you should write a letter to him about what happened, and perhaps he'll look into it and maybe he'll respond to you with the information that you requested.

It's always best to go right to the top when you have a problem, wouldn't you agree? As CEO of Wells Fargo, he's the top person, right?

Good luck to you!

Free Car huh

AUTHOR: Vaporize - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 20, 2011

So you mean they financed your car and you never paid it.  The repo company just has to tell you who they are and they are taking the car and it's legal. Why? Wells Fargo did took your car since you did not meet them on contractual obligations, you signed the paper work, you did not meet your end of the agreement, you never tried to call them, you just thought you could drive in a free car.  Not this time.

"have been charge extra charges and I dont understand why."

Those are commonly known as late fee penalties.
