Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Dba ASC America's Servicing CoWells Fargo Home Mortgage Dba ASC - NORWEST Mortgage ripoff my credit so bad as TWO mortage Reporting incorrect as part of ASC dirty plan to Credit Bearu agency under Wells Fargo Mortgage and ASC Frederick Maryland

On March 30 2005 I sent a written letter as "qualified written request" under Section 6 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).

On April 28 a letter with no name from ASC indicated that nedd more time but not more than 60 calender days which was June 28 2005 and never send me any thing and start to do other dirty game.

After 2 months I had hard time to get any loan also not able to find out from my credit report because of 3 in one credit are not detail enough.

I order all 3 not as one report and found out ASC and Wells Fargo are my mortgage lender with all info and different account number.

I called to number as on my report sounds to me they knew about it and this is part of ASC deal I put in writting with copy of my report more than 3 weeks ago and few calls but NO response and same story also not sure ASC done same on all others too or not.
I report to FTC and sent it to RESPA and so far no response.

I tried to find out more about ASC known as "NORWEST "as Maryland county web site you may check that out and if you do not know about "NORWEST" serach online which lots of dirty deal all well concted as escrow, broker and lender under different name to rip-off everyone home.
As of other public records ASC "dba" Wells Fargo also ASC "dba" many other mortgage lender which all are involve of such dirty deal because of Licence matter in all state and cover up for their rat fase.

At this time because of such false report from wells fargo and never try to fix it cost me get a loan with higher point, rate cost and I will try my best to stop such crooks.

I keep track of my phone calls names from ASC or Norwest mortgage.
