Wells Fargo Home Mortgage does not care about you no matter what they say. I became disabled in 2011.  I stayed in constant contact with Wells Fargo's home preservation "specislist", Kim Tracy.  just a fancy title for a no nothing low level job.  I advise her that I had applied for Social Security disability and I also had disability insurance with MetLife, whom by the way are also a bunch of pricks especially a lady named Joyce Alan. Miss Tracy was very nice to me and always told me Wells Fargo understood my circumstances. However I received foreclosure notices. I called miss Tracy and once again she told me they would not be foreclosing my house.   I then received notice of a sheriff sale of my house was to occur in 10 days. Miss Tracy still told me they would not sell my house. However I learned otherwise and quickly had to file for bankruptcy to save my house  Once my bankruptcy had been discharged Wells Fargo immediately began  the foreclosure process again. Now the sale was set for 30 days prior to my social security disability hearing and the outcome of my appeal to MetLife. Although they said they wanted to work with me I was told there was nothing they could do and they would continue sale of my house even though I am expected to have $200,000 of cash 30 days after the date of the sale. They did not want to work with me. They would rather make me, an out of work and disabled father of a seven year old homeless than wait 30 days at which time I could pay off the mortgage in full!  they are p***** and liars.  Kimberly Tracy and the rest of these so called specialist are good for absolutely nothing. When you call you wait on hold forever, get transferred from person to person, tell the same information over and over and over for the phone call to result in they cannot help you.  If you have a chance to place your mortgage anywhere else, do so!
