Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Ripoff discriminative housing lender Des Moines Iowa

many years ago wells fargo bought the bank where my mortgage is. Since this time I have had nothing but nightmares because of the type of home I live in. A manufactured home. My employer changed our payment so that we do not get paid in the summer thus I missed two payments. I have since made up one of those payments but am now charged two years worth of late payments on the one outstanding that I missed. This occured two years ago and despite my many many attempts to mitigate this the bank will NOT do buisiness with me because of the type of home even though the appraised value is 120% of purchase price. The late payments are now three times the amount of the missed payment. Several attempts have been made by me with the comptroller of currency and wells fargo will not head them as a worthy entity. Now they are hasseling my ex whom quit claimed this home 15 yrs. ago. They will not recognize the quit claim. They have contacted me and I have applied for a loan only to be turned down when they found out what kind of property I owned. AGAIN, they contacted me as an alternative lender. They knew the payment history did a credit report and ordered an appraisal yet deny that they knew what kind of property it is.Now they are lying about contacting me and said I contacted them. NOT, I want to be rid of Wells Fargo. I would NOT contact them.
