Wells Fargo Home Mortgage They tried to get money out of us we didn't owe!! Nottingham New Hampshire

We went into a Chapter 13 back in 2004. We owed Wells Fargo around $7000....by the end of our Chapter 13 we had paid that off PLUS making all of our regular mortgage payments ON TIME!!!!

The day we were discharged, Wells Fargo contacted us to tell us we were 3 months behind on our payments. We asked them which months we were late on, and nobody could give us an answer....We pulled all of our bank record and send them to WFHM to prove we paid all of our payments on time for the past 4 years. They still insisted we were late, so I asked them to send their records to us. THERE records showed us that we were ON TIME with all of our payments. When I confronted them, they told me that those particular records were not accurate???!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!! I contacted my lawyer and the Chapter 13 Trustee.

After a year of fighting with them, they finally backed off and said that it was an internal mistake. They promise to correct our credit report and fix our records. I think they changed their minds after I contacted the Banking Commissioner in NH!!!!!

Don't back down from Wells Fargo....Fight them, they are frauds!!!
