John G Stumpf is not only keenly aware of the fraud his companies are committing, but he also refuses to deal with it. Wells Fargo illegally foreclosured on my property, and for nearly two years, have been stalling, ignoring, and wrongfully harming me, refusing to give me any attention to the matter.

I have notified John Stumpf and his board of directors by e-mail, several times, and I end up getting a call from a lame duck in "The office of corporate complaints." These low level morons not only do NOT assist in getting anything done, but they are so rude, and they actually make fun of you for saying you're going to sue if it doesn't get resolved. Then they tell you they've "spoken to the powers that be" and "nothing can be done," but REFUSE to name any person with whom they've spoken to on the matter.

Quality Loan Servicing Corp.'s "general counsel" who handled the foreclosure for Americas Servicing Company, owned by Wells Fargo, is "McCarthy Holthus." This firm botched the job on virtually every document, failed to provide proper notice, failed to mediate, failed, failed, failed....

I found many documents that once you examine them, have been rubber stamped, and several apparent forgeries and notaries. They even sent me a unsigned trustee's form.

This is the beginning of a massive war on ASC and Wells Fargo since they have failed to provide me with any resolve. Here we go. #justice for "#illegalforeclosures
