I have received calls from this number on my work cell phone, my home phone ,and my wife's cell phone. I looked them up online here:
http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-800-748-1934
Found that others are having similar problems. My co-workers at work are all complaining about it. It seems as though they are targeting certain areas (I live in Utah). Maybe because Wells Fargo is pretty big out here.
But here is the best part: I don't even own a Well's Fargo Account. They keep telling me that my account is frozen and to hold on the line. I have tried, and get hung up on sometimes. Or they call my cell phone and don't leave a voice mail.
I know that this isn't your usual business report. But somebody needs to track these guys down.

as the scammer here. It seems like they're an innocent party in this. I don't much like Wells Fargo, but this is not a fair report against them.

I found this article online also (getting more attention):

Wells Fargo's policies/information

I emailed Well's Fargo about the scam. I'm sure that I'm not the first one.

Just so I have this right. You have someone who "says" they are with Wells Fargo asking for account information. So you write a RipOff Report on Wells Fargo who has nothing to do with this.
Yea I'll just let you think about that
