 I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit for CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE to owners Frank and Deborah Frisch of Wellworxsportsplex in Memphis,T.. Behind a product that myself, and workout partner  purchased at your facility on your premises at 6161 Shelby oaks dr.Memphis, T.N. 38134 from one of your fitness trainers by the name of Taji Butler aka IDEALFITNESS. This product is supposedly called a liquid based FAT BURNING GREEN TEA, but it was toxic to my system after taking it several times. I have experienced severe health trauma, and it has broken down my disgestive system horribly. I'm filing suit against this company itself wellworxssportplex including  Frank, and Deborah Frisch for personal liability. Along, with Taji Butler who sells this product that their allowing him to peddle on theirpremises. Myself, and partner was hospitalized exactly 2 weeks ago for nausea, diarrhea, and having food poison symptoms from this fat burning green tea. I've already contacted the local authorities, The FDA, the department of human services, the local Shelby county health department, and my attorney regarding this poisonious fat burning green tea. The local media has already caught wind of this issue, because of the number of people that have gotten ill from taking this fat burning green tea. He's lacing it with some type of harsh substance, because it's given several people horrible side affects including myself. He made several statements regarding the tea that leaves him suspect, in which he  stated under the video with the news reporter that he's not going to STOP selling this green tea.
