Wendy Diamond Animal Fair Magazine Do Not Work For This Woman!! New York New York

I have worked with Wendy for many years and she is on the nicest people out there and all she does is give back to the animal world and support Women Entrepreneurs globally. Everything above is lies and doesn't make any sense and seems somewhat fabricated. She never has hurt a soul, yelled at me or any other employee, and actually, she is almost too nice. It's so devastating to see someone talk about her in this way and try and bring her down. When I heard about the reports, I was in disbelief. 

I do believe that people on here are being harsh and also maybe a bit bitter to share such negativity. When you apply for an internship everyone is aware that you are there to gain experience and sometimes that means without pay, especially in NYC.

I was an intern for Wendy myself and loved that I was able to get a wide variety of experiences in publishing and be so hands on. She was always there to oversee my work and gave me autonomy that inspired me to be an entrepreneur myself later in life. The tasks and jobs assigned by Wendy were not always easy by any means, but no one would say publishing is easy, and again not in NYC. I was able to really see how her magazine operated and appreciated how much she allowed me to be invovled.

Wendy is a busy and driven woman in publishing and I think that some of these reviews are not taking into account that running your own company is not an easy task and not all internships in NYC are about happy hours and free food. Would people be so upset if Wendy was a male business owner that had such a big personality? I think probably not. 

Whoever wrote this is pathetic.  I saw this and am truly disturbed that slander is allowed when this is obviously a disgruntled person.  Please check these links about Wendy - she is an angel to animals and has done more to help them than any other person i have ever met. The link (((link redacted)))- if one defames someone please show who you are - bet this is someone who was fired or jealous.  

I have worked with Wendy Diamond on several animal rescue projects over the years, and she has dedicated her career to saving countless animals and raising untold amounts of money for animal rescue and charities across the country.

She is a person on a heartfelt mission, which makes her empassioned and looks for results when working with people. She is fiery, but that does not equate manipulative. Simply, she gets things done to better the planet.

I have been in her office when some interns (not all) have been their for a college credit where they were suppose to learn and work. Instead they saw the experience as a social experience, party, on their smart phones using social medis, etc. when they might have tried to earn their credit instead of getting it for nothing. Wendy always offered them a chance to grow. What they did with it is their concern.

They wanted a party - not a learning experience where they could have stepped up - not down by attacking Ms. Diamond. And then when they were asked to leave her office because of lack of performance and negativity, they complain. Credit on any level has to be earned, and respect for people that have worked hard and made a difference in society goes a long way too.

Wendy Diamond has many, many interns and employees that have earned their credit, worked hard, and gone on to high-level successful careers, and still contact her to thank her. They have kept in touch over the years, and still do out of respect. Because they appreciated the positive experience, the doors she opened for them, and learned by her example.

For all the haters, there are many more who have appreciated.
