Wendy Leister / The GSPatch / The Scrapbooking Patch Charged me for order via Credit Card payment, never sent order, made empty promises, now won't return calls or emails Hellam Pennsylvania

I am xxxxxx, order xxx. I have contacted the owner of this store Wendy Leister (who now took her store offline) with regards order xxx for $94.02 placed Oct of 2007.

Numerous email sent to her and have received numerous promises from owner Wendy Leister stating she will take care of this order. Now she stopped emails, will not respond or return calls. Bad business practice. Rants and raves about girl scouts, evidently has to use someone else's reputation to do business since she cares none for hers.

The scrapbooking community is a tight community, I have never met a dishonest person in the scrapbooking business until Wendy Leister and the gspatch.com came along. Would really like to know if anyone out there has ever received their order. I have a business of my own and would never think of doing this type of thing to anybody else. This is called stealing.
