 This company eludes to be in the UK with its Internet address of flowerpowerutilities.co.uk. I ordered some trainers just before Christmas. What arrived were the wrong color, wrong style but worst of all, were replicas and obviously from China. I contacted them at customerservicecindyonline@gmail.com, you receive an automatic reply saying they are busy but will respond. Eventually you get a response asking for photos of what you received so they can check if there was an error at their warehouse. This is obvious, why the need to check other than to delay resolving the issue? You send them what they requested, wait a week and then they ask for the same information again. By then end of January there was still no resolution or trigger to return the trainers, I am persistent with my emails but of course there has been Chinese New Year so that was another weeks delay, I've heard nothing since 28th January (generic reply, we are very busy etc etc), I email them every morning advising that I am still waiting and that I will keep emailing them daily but I fear this will never be resolved and there is nothing I can do about it other than fly to China and address in person. They know this isn't going to happen hence their ignorance and my shortfall. I have a pair of fake Adidas trainers here (in the wrong style and colour and which I therefore will never wear) that I seemingly cannot return or sell on. Expensive lesson because of a very convincing website, I hope that one day this type of trickery is better censored.
