Werner Enterprises - Drivers Management crooks-out of control staff omaha, Georgia

thats one of the problems at werner, everyones afraid to get fired and as a result ,theralotta lack of communication and bad decision making that goes on as a result of office politics.and alotta ppl up there who shldnt be in the position theyre in or have the pull they havebut are cuza who they blow/know.(yall know who im talkin bout) ill kinda let u know the mentality of a ,as they like to say"non driver employee", u werent a trk drvr before werner and u wldnt b if it werent for them, seems like most of em are either dmas ses who shldnt have any biznes habin access to a qc sys or out of control with greed.as far as the comment above, i can think of good things to say as well as bad.was a student,driver,and trainer at werner. and take all things into consideration when i say this company and the ppl running it are out of control and pathetic groupa ppl who have no consideration for people..er i mean drivers. no wonder cl hada stroke hes gotta buncha cornfed inbreds runnin his company, GO HUSKERS..LOL, #######. this company is so big i seriously doubt a driver would b scared to tell u what he thinks,nor b scared of thinkin "u were sent from corperate"not unless werner has spys at every truckstop across this cntry sent from omaha ..lol.only thing theyll b afraid of is u goin to work for them and gettin screwed like so many have and are. not like theyre drivin for ma/paps transfer. besides anyone whos alreaDY a drvr would know that.thats what werner is best at,lyin to students. i am sayin this with no prejudice or inconsideration:WORST COMPANY OUT THERE.mostly cuz of what i said before, greg werners got everybody so scared theyll get fired they cant even breathe and alotta ppl lose their job who shldnt have and alotta ppl dont that should cuza office politics. they hire a buncha kno it all kids from the uno,unl whos never even been in a truck to run their company. like i said ive been on both sides of the tracks with this company and theyre notin buta buncha out of control greedy crooks with a high paid legal team with no regard for respect of ppl nor safety. and find a way to justify anything they do.schneider,jbhunt have all essentially froze their training programand their safety ratings # of accidents improved over night yet werner is still bringin in full classes every week. they have no concern for ppl or safety ,just that oh so precious$ and will step on u,use u and when they have no use for u anymore,will get rida u.for those that dont know,werner gets a tax break for each student.kinda like human trafficing ,wldnt u say? i had always read posts like my own on sites such as these while i was a happy wern drvr and always thought the ppl who wrote them were discgruntal and were fired or quit for good rsn but know now and prety much knew then that this company is a "BAD TRUCKIN COMPANY" and discgrace to drive for and only good thing that can come outta ur experience with werner is if u have a good drvr mngr and even they will cut ur throat and stab u in the back when the time comes. dont waste ur time with them.GO HUSKERS! i dont even have enough money to pay my cable bill to watch sat afternoon football. those ppl up there in omaha thinks of drivers like they are dogs guess in werner world they are a better class of ppl right? and if it werent for werner u wldnt even be drivin..lol .i would be suprised if they made it mandatory for everynew dptchr to ride along wit a drvr.maybe they did it once just so they could say they considered it(for the record) but that is proposterous.

those ppl up there are a buncha key punchin ignorant pretentious knoitall aholes bent on gettin as much money as their greedy little hands can get them on. that is all they do is hire/fire/hire/fire and are sneaky and very good at it simply cuz they do it all the time,and are told from up top to make cuts all the while factories and warehouses are shuttin down and they are steadily unemploying ppl and employing unemployed ppl for their own profit.werner has built an enterprise doin it. when someone tells u dptchrs lie, u have no idea! and the funny thing they will always tell u,drvrs lie,ya right, who does a drvr have to lie to all day?his window? lol btw dont get on east reg brd, one of the dptchrs on there is bangin the boss, whole d**n board is corrupt and outta control. u dont believe me u can ask anyone, not too hard to figure out.as long as i worked there it wasnt hard to put 2and 2 together from diff things i would hear and ppl who knew what they were talkin bout actually tellin me that point blank.(knew it before they told me tho)just everything added up at the end.was like holy sht! i didnt wanna have any part of it,cuz the woman has a family,had no respect for her after hrd that.cnfrntd her about it and was trnsfrd,had my prodctn cut from 3500-4000k mi wk to 1500 and was fired amonth later after the ticket they were gonna most likely fire me for upon return of loa was dismissed.i came back from loa and went to take care of my safety hold and they were gonna fire me until i got proof of the dismissal faxed to them.guess what happend? i was issued a truck that day and next day i was fired =] i guess hoes dont like to b called out..wonder if her son knows his mommas a .... she gets ALL the lds,most productive dptchr up there.and u dont do what she says..ull b written up and fired,no questions asked.lemme tell ya,there are more rumors at that companyabout her then everyone else combined.and for good rsn.i asked my fltsup when i was brandnew y there was, he said cuz shes been here for 9 yrs.lol wrong answer,alotta ppls been there for +9yrs..think he meant to say she takes off early alot before its time to go home.

i llllllloovvvveeeee werner. and think they are great and appreciate everything theyve done for my family..lol cant u tell? and plz,this is called the truck DRIVER forumm so if u dont or never have drove a truck, dont msg here. or use the driver showers.
