This company called our warehouse clerk and asked if he was authorized to place orders.  Our clerk stated her was not and no orders are placed without a purchase order.  A few days later, a package arrived from this company containing 25 light bulds that we don't even use.  A few days later an invoice arrived for $500.  When we called the company to ask to have them picked up, they replied that they do not accept returns.  When we told him that the clerk is not authorized to place orders, Mr. Pat Kelly simply said "well too bad, you need to take that up with the clerk".
