wesaveyou$ sent me an item sold as new that had been opened and sample products removed. then refused to refund and return product. Internet

i purchased a bissell revolution carpet cleaner from wesaveyou$ on amazon. the listing is for a new item. the bissell cleaner arrived with the box taped shut and was opened as some point in time. the sample bissell procuct and a few accys were missing from the box. it was obvious someone removed the cleaner and then repackaged it and it was sold on amazon as new. wesaveyou$ has refused to return this item and has changed there listing or sent me a false listing to deny there responsibility. i got ripped off and then was told by wesaveyou$ that NO RETURN would be issued. this company only wants your cash and is selling defective/opened items as new on amazon and i wish i had not purchased anything from this seller.....BEWARE of wesaveyou $ as all they want is your cash. amazon also doesnt care at all about its customers. beware of amazon also.
