Buyer Beware! This company overcharges your credit card, the charge on the card is almost 50% more than your checkout shopping cart amount.  Our gift of flowers were never delivered so it is some kind of fraud, which I have reported to my bank, consumer reports and filing a report for internet fraud. 

Their customer service are just people who are used to all these complaints, forward you to a voice mail and never call you back.  I have tried with multiple phone calls totaling almost 2 1/2 hours of holds, waiting and hangups.  Hundreds of customers are complaining on various sites that experienced the same thing as me.  The company's fake google reviews are ridiculous.  They claim to be A+ with the BBB, but they actually have no rating.

I too was a victim of this company. Luckily for me, I printed out everything that I was about to submit for purchase prior to hitting the submit button.

This company does not let you view your basket prior to purchasing. When I recieved my confirmation number from them they overcharged me $115.13 for a bunch of balloons that were originally $29.99 and a Godiva chocolate basket which was originally $74.99, plus they charged me for a $2.99 tree donation that wasn't on my reciept. I called them immediately and they said that customer service wasn't available at this time.

I called again the next day and still no resolution, then I called Discover Card. I faxed ALL of my paperwork to Discover, who in turn put a temporary credit of $115.13 on my account pending the outcome of their investigation.

Today, I recieved a permanent credit from FDE to my Discover Card in the amount of $115.13.

I hope this helps anyone who is a victim of this company.
