Wesley Berry Flowers Fraudulent Florist never delivered - also Overcharged -Zero Customer Service Internet
Wesley Berry Florists sent me a confirmation email with a delivery date. It's three days later now, and they have no idea if the flowers shipped or if they will ever be shipped. I've placed over 10 calls and 20 emails to customer service. No one will respond or answer me. No supervisors have ever been available. I have documented all persons spoken to as well as the times of phone calls and my sent emails. They charged $20.00 over their website price and also charged $19.99 in shipping fees and $9.99 in handling fees. Yet, still no delivery. They do not answer their phone unless you pretend to be placing a new order. I'm furious at wasting $90.00 and ruining my Mothers Day gift to my Mom. Please do not give them your money!!
