I am being billed for a hospital charge I did or could not have made. I was incarcerated in the Arizona Department of Corrections at the time of the billing. Now it is effecting my credit or ability to get credit. I would like to have it abolished if possible. I was incarcerated from 1-1995 to 1-2008.

You need to contact the medical office that originally billed you. West Asset Management is just collecting on behalf of that company, they have nothing to do with actually billing you.
