I opened an account in June of 2008. I was able to to recieve any customer service to get info to make a deposit. Two weeks later I recieved a text, informing me of attempted transactions and NSF charges for the attempts. I now owe 350plus dollars and I am unable to disable the account (even though the phone prompt says the account is disabled. I cannot close the account because the site is down. Talking to a live person seems impossible (my phone always loses the call). I thought I WAS ALL ALONE WITH THIS ISSUE.
