West Ga Auto Auction Auction Scamming in West Ga ..Buyers Beware of Pallet auctions at West Ga Auto Auction!! Huge Scam, Internet

I attended a pallet Auction at West Ga Auto Auction 7/20/12, where i bided on and won 3 pallets, after paying for them we started opening them to find boxes of trash and newspaper, broken items! Everything looked like it came out of a stores dumpster.This was the biggest RIP off I have ever experienced. They give Auctioneers everywhere a bad name. when it was brought to Owners attention, He seemed to have very little concern,

I cancelled my check and later contacted by owner (Johnny) who wanted to know how I was gonna clear this up, after I told him I wasnt going to do anything, 3 days later I was contacted by him wanting me to bring merchandise back and we would settle it, I agreed but told him of some personnel issues it would be one to two weeks, he said that was fine, When I contacted him 2 weeks later, he had already started legal process..

Everything that was purchased was trash nothing that was in the boxes worked and it was complete crap! People should be able to go to a auction and not be ripped off, if this man would have inspected his merchandise he would have seen the trash and junk he allowed to be brought into his business to be sold! A employee there let us know that all the pallets was pushed off of a rollback onto the ground, because there was no forklift available to sit them off in which the owner (Johnny) verified that in the phone call he made to me to settle this matter....

Shame on you for Ripping off People coming to your business hoping for goods that you advertise to be new or used, not complete trash and junk!!! And lets not forget about the man who brought in merchandise bumping up bids, Shill bidding is hard to prove but it happened here but if he cant inspect what he is selling, I guess he cant admit to shill bidding either.This business is a joke buyers beware of this business they are scammers.....
