West Gate Resorts Gatlinburg, Tennessee SALES GUY RUNS OVER CELL PHONE WITH GOLF CART!! oh WELL SORRY!! Gatlinburg Corp. Office In Orlando Florida

my friend and I was in Gatlinburg, Tennessee at the WestGate Resorts for a sales meeting for a time share, We rode a gas operated golf cart with a new sales rep Garry, he keep jerking the cart, so much it knocked my cell phone to the ground, then he ran it over with the golf cart, needless to say it broke, he tried to put it back together but it wouldnt work, when we went back to the sales room, his boss Scott said to us how do you like the condos, i said Gary ran over my cell phone now its broke,Gary laughed and said yes i did im so sorry , Gary said to make a report with security and we will take care of it, so i did couple days latter (time to replace my cell phone) then they told me to call the corp. office in Florida , so i did and spoke to Frank Munoz he said ill get back to you , weeks later after sending letters from me and the person that was there with me and saw everything . Frank Munoz said after looking into this matter we are not responsible , i said who else can i call , this is it case close, his boss Rob couldnt help me either, glad it wasnt my foot Gary ran over, How can they just say no, i guess the whole time share thing is a rip off, offer for $12,000 than by the time we left the price went down to $4000.00 , why not say $4000.00 from the start and only $200.00 down , but they started with $3500.00 down . BEWARE DONT GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
