West Telemarketing West Teleservices Treminated for no good reason. Can't get rehired. San Antonio Texas

I used to work at West Telamarketing in the Inbound department. I worked in the EDR (Enhanced Direct Response)department. I was fired in September for no good reason. Thereason was because I accidentally hung up on a caller.
I went to Human Resources and they told me that I can't get rehired there anymore. I told my supervisor that I accidentally hung up on a caller, but she still didn't care. The reason I accidentally hung up on a caller was that I was hearinf an extreme amount of static on my headset.

I couldn't hear the caller at all. The only thing I could do was to disconnect. I disconneced and an hour later, the supervisor came and talked to me and told me that I'm fired. I told her I disconnected because of the static, but she said she didn't hear any.
She listened to my call and heard no static on her headset. So she fired me. Now West won't rehire me. I think that West is unfair. I also think that the supervisor that fired me is unfair.
By the way, her name is Linda Nail.
