Westbury Venture , The Loan Shop this company scams Wilmington Delaware

i was looking for a payday loan and went into this companies site and started filling out the paper work and then read there fees etc decided not to take the loan and exited. then a guy from the company called us and we told him no thank you and they still deposited the money, i did not know it was that company and i did use the funds and then they started taking out there fees and i realized who they were.

i tried telling them i did not take out this loan and i would pay them what they put into account but, that did not help and they are very nasty in there practices and attacked me personally telling me what a bad person i was etc. they kept saying i better borrow the money from someone and pay them and i told them if i had someone to get money from i would not have been looking for a payday loan.

my bank account is now on hold because they kept trying to take money even though they knew the funds were not there i called them and told them my husband had been layed off. they are now saying its fraud because my bank wont let them run anymore debits though and they are talking about take me to court etc.

overall this is all just a scam and i have to pay them because i went into there site and put in info before i exited out so now they havd ss numbers etc. they are strong arming me just like loan sharks do.

do not input any info into this companies site unless you know you are really going to borrow because they will keep any and all info including you ss number. even if you exit out before signing all there docs
