westcoast mobile home park sold us a unit site unseen nfor 16,000 and the house was not fit to live in needed heating system and no insulation san bruno, ca california

i purchased a mobile home from west coast mobile home park site unseen, i lived in new york at the time, when i arrived the mobile home was not fit to live in it needed a heating system , it had mold everywhere , there was no insulation under house, the bathroom shower was totally clogged and it happens ofter where the water does not go throgh, i puchased the house for 16,000 while other houses in park were selling for 1,000 to 5,000, my wife fell through the floor and hurt her leg, we are senior citizens and wanted to move to a senior park, which they are now changing to an all family park, this is something that i dont agree with, they sent a letter saying that they would move our mobile if it can be moved, but its too old and it cant be moved , so now we are stuck with a mtg of 12,000 remainder and an unliveable house ,not to mention the roof leaks, i believe we got a bad deal from this place
