I see Mr. Suarez, you claim that you sell authentic Jordan shoes all over your website yet you deliver FAKES. Now, you base your whole argument and say that you don't know me. You will know me because I am gathering my phone records from my cell phone carrier in order to take to small claims court and plan to keep this site updated on the case, so that any individual that was swindled by your scam can do the same and not fall in your run-around trap that you call "best attempts to resole issues rapidly".

Good luck in defending your FAKE shoes in court.

It is kind of strange how after having 1400 plus transactions I only see one complaint on the internet. Why dont you give America your full name? Also I dont have a January 22nd Tracking page. Sorry. I never cheated anyone and make the best attempts to resole all issues rapidly. I guess there will always complaints about you.

Most of my problems come from people that want to exchange thier shoe after the fact. I do not do this and it is stated in my Refunds and Exchanges link.

Mr. Suarez, just to let you know my middle name is Javier. Secondly, I did purchase an item from you; It was billed from my paypal account on January 11, 2005, but I saw it posted for tracking on your site on January 22, 2005.

I contacted your business phone number several times within the seven days and after the seven days, in order to resolve the matter of you shipping me FAKE Jordan shoes. I conveyed the matter to your staff and they told me to call you. I asked why they couldn't help me out instead, and they kept telling me to contact you. I made a total of 9 calls within that week at different dates and different times; I left messages and at one point your staff greeted me with antagonizing remarks even though I was polite and calm at all times.

After I realized you were a dishonest vendor I went to the paypal website and tried to file a claim on-line. The problem being that a second hand opinion is needed from a shoes professional to complete the form. I realized I wasted most of my time and money dealing with you and I did not want to waste additional money and time to get someone to tell me that the shoes you sent me were FAKE, so I cut my losses-Perhaps, that is why your scam is still active and not shut down.

Anyway these are the facts for anyone that will do buisness with you in the future:
1. These guys will send you Fake Jordans
-Even though they advertise on their website as selling authentic Jordan shoes with tags, original boxes, and card of authenticity.
2. These guys will dishonor their return policy by giving you the run-around wasting your time and phone minutes.
-Even though they say that they obey their own return policy.
3. These guys are disingenuous. They make a lot of claims and when they get paid they don't even want to talk to you.
-They run a scam-by the way Mr. Suarez, claiming to sell something as authentic, and delivering a fake constitutes as FRAUD. If I had enough time in my hands I would take you to court, however, I don't want anyone else to be scammed by your company so that is why I filed my claim on this site.

I am Paypal verified at 83 and ANYONE knows if you so bad business Pay Pal will shut you down. Well I have proof to this person to not have bought anything. We refund or exchange any problems with shoes, or products. and handle all matters in a timly fashion.

Most people get upset that a new release was added in the process of thier order and we have a strict return and exchange policy that is shown before the purchase.
