This was an all inclusive move, packing, boxes, etc. Wardrobe boxes were not used for hanging clothing, but shoving as many items as possible into the wardrobe destroying clothing. There was permanent damage to wool, silk, and dry clean items.
Breakables were not wrapped individually with paper, but 10-12 items with one sheet around them. Some of the furniture was not wrapped, when tape was removed, paint and finishes came off.
The company refuses to address the missing and damaged items. The representatives of the company never respond to phone calls or messages in a timely manner or when they promise to.
Even though there was a 21 day window for delivery, they had promised a date, then never responded to phone calls when the items were not delivered at the stated date. There was no communication until the day
prior to delivery, which was much later than promised.

A former employee decided to try to ruin our business, this complient is bogus, from the customers name, to the deleivery dates and addresses, we never had a customer by that name, nor a pick up at that date!...this is also getting investigated and prosecuted by an agency who specilized in internet fraud!
