Western by Design LLC Placed order in April 2012, Credit Card was charged, Never received, told 3 times of delays, Now can't reach them, Internet

I placed an order for Santa Fe Shoe Boots on April 14, 2012. My credit card was charged $55.00 on April 19th. When I did not recieve the boots after two weeks, I sent an email to the company with no response.

A week later I called the company to inquire about the boots and the email. I was told they sent an email (?) telling me they had to be sent from the warehouse and would ship later that week.

I waited a few more weeks and still had not received them. When I called to inquire, I had to leave a message. They called me back the next day to say that there was only one pair left in my size and they could not locate them in the warehouse, but a new shipment would be arriving the next week and they would ship them out as soon as they could.

Again I waited. This time I was busy with company and vacation plans so I let it go for about a month and called again. They were very apologetic, as they had not shipped them yet and stated they would ship the following Monday for Wednesday delivery. Still no package.

I called again last week and told them I wanted my money back. I was told someone would have to get back to me. It's been over a week with no returned calls from them. I tried calling them two more times and all I get is voice mail. I have left a message but I don't expect to recieve and answer.

I believe they are a ripoff and I am warning people to avoid doing business with them.
