Western by design I ordered a vest in January of 2012...paid in advance. Delays and excuses for 18 months with repeated requests for a refund. Finally got a vest and it was not the style I had ordered. I am now sending it back with a request for refund. Do not pay in advance and do not expect to ever see the product ordered. Colville WA Washington

In February of 2012 I ordered a vest. After 18 months of repeated delasy and requests for refund, I received a vest that was not remotely similar to the one I ordered. I am asking for a refund of $300.00. What are the chances I will see the $$$$ ?
