Western Dental Services Inc. - Western Dental Center Deceptive settlement offers, no response to inquiries Cathedral City, California

Several months ago, I wrote a report on the tactics and misdiagnosis that happened to me by the Western Dental Centers in Cathedral City, CA (aka, Westen Dental Services, Inc. "WDS") and during that time I have gone to five different private practice dentists and one university dental school who have all said that I was misdiagnosed from the very beginning of my time with WDS, that because of the work that they did perform, they did not clean out decayed roots or cavities completely before filling them and/or putting crowns on them, and the lack of any sort of appliance to be able to stabilize my teeth (and eat), that it has caused every single one of my teeth in my mouth to become useless, decayed, and they all have to be pulled, dentures put into place with mini implants, and very close supervision for the next several years. 

Every single dentist I saw had heard the same problems that I was having with WDS, including the half-dozen different amounts of money they said that I owed them.  I cannot get CareCredit to get the work done, because they have put on my credit report yet another different amount that they say that I owe so CareCredit won't approve me. 

My whole mouth has to be reconstructed at a cost between $12,000-26,000.  I'm on a six month waiting list at the university and I was just told that they are backed up by another two months.  In the meantime, I have now lost four more of my upper teeth leaving me with three teeth in my upper jaw. 

I sent Notices of Intent to Sue letters to everyone at WDS, dentist or  not, and got a response, one month later, from Sushma Corbin, the supposed director of risk management and regulatory filings at the WDS corporate office. After many months of back and forth faxes and phone calls, all complying with requests that they had, she called me and asked me if I would consider seeing another WDS dentist at a different city, sit down with them, go over the work that now has to be done, give me back my money that I had already spent on the first shoddy work they did, take it all off my credit report, and I would have a zero balance. 

In the spirit of wanting to get this done, get rid of the headaches, infections (that are now getting into my body system) I agreed.  She told me that she would call me back the next day and give me several options on where to go.  I never got that call.

I called her back a week later to find out the status and when and where I should go to see this new dentist and she told me that they were taking back the offer, for reasons unbeknownst to me other than saying that I haven't proven anything to them. She wouldn't even agree to an IME.  I asked who the managing lawyer was in the legal department and her name is Sandra Lau, Esq., who is also on the Board of Directors for WDS.  I faxed everything to her, with a cover letter, and to date I have had no response.  That was over two months ago.

What they are trying to do is to tie me up so that I will miss my statute of limitations in fililng suit.  I have a six inch file folder and a 14 page outline of every single call, fax, letter, photos, even kept the teeth that have been falling out. 

I'm at a loss, I don't smile any longer, my jaws and head hurt so much I can't sleep, my diet consists of mashed potatoes and nutritional drinks, and nobody seems to care. I'm a lector at Church (actually, I'm the Coordinator of the lectors and have to do a lot of one-on-one speaking to people) embarrased, ashamed, and in a mental state of shock. They prey on nice, innocent people. Don't let this happen to you. Just look at my pictures.
