Western Dental ripoff, charge for work NOT DONE, horrible customer service, Orange California

Visited their offices down in Poway CA. I sat waiting in a dental chair for 3 hours without getting looked at by a dentist. I was just visiting the office for a cleaning and check up. I ending up going to the front desk and asking to reschedule. I got laughed at by the receptionist and told to wait my turn. I left. They sent my parents a bill for the services I did not receive! I was 17 at the time.

I am now a 21 year old and have a $70 collection placed on my credit because of this bill (from 2002!). I have mailed, emailed, left several messages, and talked to several people at Western Dental and have not received any form of help in getting this issue resolved. I have talked to several friends and family members who have had horrible experiences with this dental practice.

DO NOT GO TO WESTERN DENTAL! They are a scam! They will rip you off! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

If any representative of Western Dental would like to contact me regarding this issue, PLEASE DO. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS IN TRYING TO CONTACT THE APPROPRAITE PERSON AT WESTERN DENTAL TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. NO ONE THERE HAS BEEN WILLING TO COOPERATE WITH ME!
