Western Exspress Assaulted, Hospitalized, Denied Work Comp, Fired Nashville, Tennessee

Long story made short....had a employee assault me.  Spent 2 and a half days in the hospital.  I was denied work comp.  The suspect hit me 4 times one which nocked me out and 3 well on the ground.  I was fired and a warrant was placed for the guy who hit me.  Western got the suspect in a truck and on the road before Metro could pick him up.  WARNING check out Westerns CSA Score before thinking about driving for them.  I was injured in iraq in 07...have shrapnel in my neck.  This guy hit me caused the shrapnel that cant be removed to shift closer to the nerve and cause me to have a seizure.  I will never drive again and this company is letting the guy still work for them (until he is stopped at a weight station and picked up on the warrant)
