Western Funding Inc., Bad Business Practices...and Double Talk Las Vegas Nevada

I have looked over several Auto Loan Complaints for Western Funding...I co-signed for my daughter..she was desperate 

to get a  car to drive to her classes.They in short order took advantage of her, had i took the time to look over the 

proposed paperwork I would have Advised her not to get involved with these people.They a just one step ahead of being legal in their Business Practices. I am in the process of getting someone else to assume the loan through another Loan

Company, they have advised me that Western Funding has not only overcharged her for this car, the % Rate is built to always make sure you always and maybe never get it paid off,there is no room for error at all. These kind of Fianace Companies prey on those less fortunate and can get all they can get from them.

In order to stop the Bleeding to Western Funding.I have opted to get this  car refinanced somewhere else that will give me a

a better deal. My advise to Western Funding is to top overcharging their Customers by using the Fake name of "Simple Loan" to confuse the average customer into thinking they can't do anything about their situation, it doesn't make you a dead beat, everone lives on a budget.

I have contacted a Attorney who knows the Laws on Financing and Banking and if I do not get a truthful answer from these people they will be headed to Court...and who knows I may own Western Funding...Provided they have overcome their own Bankruptsy Problem....It's like the Kettle can't call the Pot Black can it.??????
