Buyer beware,

 I am not one to ever report a company, but with western reserve group I want to make certain, anyone who has or is considering them, think long and hard before doing so.  Western reserve group has drug myself through a month long claim that was filed, feeding me nothing but sorry excuses and reasons as to why they are going to cover very little of the claim Filed.  My adjuster admitted to myself and my contractor at different times the extent of the damage, however when reviewing it with her superiors, decided that she was going to say she never admitted the damage While at the property.  Needless to say, the claim was almost entirely denied, and I feel defrauded, lied too and misled.  Insurance is supposed to be something that you have and hopefully never have to use, however in the rare case you might need it, you shouldn't feel as if you have paid for years for nothing.  I essentially feel as if I paid my monthly payment, which was happily taken out same day every month,  and received no peace of mind in return.  I would like to at a minimum warn anyone who is considering or has this insurance company to think long and hard before they choose this path.  The short term cheap rates western reserve group offers, does you no good if you can't count on them if and when you might have an issue in the future.  I hope this review may help out with your decision, as I continue to leave reviews any and everywhere possible, as passiontell as I am with how I was treated and the lack of resolve to my claim filed.  Thank you for your time and God bless.
