My little Brother-in-Law was moved to another location in the State Prison System and they will not let you take any articals with you when you move. So he has no shoes or underwear or no clothing at all much less personal items. You have two ways of getting money to them so they might purchase the items needed. You can mail a money order wich takes one week or use Western Union. Well they must have a thing with the State. Because when I called them they said over the phone to send 50.00 measly dollars it would cost 16.00 and to do it online 9.95. Think about it 9.95 for a 50.00 transfer that's just plane ripping people off. This is the only way you can get money to your loved one to buy clothes, tooth paist, medicine, and other person needs. I will never use this company again in my life or recommend it to anyone. Thanks for your time in reading this atrosious ripp off company.

If you consider that a ripoff, what do you consider the "deal" your brother in law made with his victims?

they told you the price and you agreed to it, and the money got there. I dont see how they ripped you off at all- you had other, cheaper options that you could of used but you did not.
