Western Union Almost impossible to use online and if you give bank account, they keep the money for 14 days even after "cancelling" the transation Internet

I occasionally send money via Western Union.  As they have an online site and claim you are able to send money online, I have used that.  I use the term "claim" because it has become nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use their online site.  The last two times I have attempted to send money online, using my debit/credit card, the transaction has not been accepted.  If you call their customer service, their answer is that they don't have access to why the transaction was not accepted and go to a physical location.  

If it was convenient for me to go to a physical location, why would I be using your ONLINE SERVICE????   If you're going to make it so difficult to use your online service, WHY OFFER IT???   Anyway, I attemped another transation with a different card.  Also not accepted.  So, finally, knowing there was nothing wrong with either of my cards or my bank account, I did a bank account transaction, even knowing that it would take 2-3 days, according to their online info.  I did my bill-pay type transaction according to their instructions and the money left my account immediately.   I got a money transfer code and waited.  

I checked yesterday: not completed.  I checked this morning: not completed.   No information that the transaction had been CANCELLED.   I got that little piece of info when I called customer service TODAY.   WHO cancelled it, I wanted to know.  Supervisor says some third-party government outfit whose name he could not give me did so.  I asked when I get my money back - he says 3-5 days.  I say, it's already BEEN 3 days!   They're playing the float here, people!   SO I informed him that if they make this so difficult, NO ONE will use their service, that I'd be putting up a Rip-Off Report, and that I'd be contacting the Florida banking authorities.  I warn you - this is becoming some type of scam or the govermnent is making it impossible for them to do business.
