Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

 This is the worst experience we have ever had, We have been an owner for over ten years and have never been able to use the resort for the times we wanted no matter how far in advance we tried to book.

They told us we could use bonus time at a dicounted rate during off peak dates in Park City such as summer months but everytime we call they tell us they are booked up, So we call as a non owner and they have plenty of availablity.

Today we asked how we could sell this and they tell us it is up to them if we can sell it and for how much.

Experience shows that our owners who understand how to use their timeshare are able to more effectively manage it, and their vacations, than those who don’t. We encourage our owners to know all about what they own, when the seasons are, how far ahead they can book, how to check for inventory by themselves or with the assistance of a phone agent, and lots more. Our Owner Account Management web portal at is a great resource. Please remember that those units that are prepaid, or have the largest discount (those that are provided to our owners) will usually get booked and occupied first. Of course those that are not yet paid for or don’t have as large a discount will still be available. Our Vacation Specialists in our Owner Reservations and Owner Relations Departments would be glad to assist you in maximizing the value of your investment so that you may be able to enjoy your unit the same as our other owners have.

Learn to properly use Timeshare

 Dear Sir or Madame;

It is obivous that you have not read anything about how to use a timeshare as if you had your comments would not be so full of out and out lies.  I have ownered a Weatgate Timeshare for 10 years and have never experienced the typr of ordeal you descript in your comment.  I have traveled the world and seen many beatuiful places that had I been on my own I could have never gone.  A friend of mine the other day was stating that she could beat any deal I could find on Experdia, Travelocity, Priceline, & so on.  I took the challedge and I found a cruise through WGCTC 8 days 7 nights western carribean and per person double occupancy was $ 1292, I gave this quote to my friend and now she wants to become an owner.  I obliged and booked her on a Owner Refferal.  Soon she will be an owner and with proper education she will enjoy the benefits of ownership instead of renting.  The sad thing is if you buy a Timeshare and go looking to see if you got a good deal all you can find on internet or remarks such as your that tell people it is a ripoff.  Truth being if Timeshare is a big ripoff why are all the Major Player ( Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Holiday Inn, and even Disney) going to Timeshare.  Westgate has over 400,000 owners and is still building more unit.  Ask yourself why if they were ripping people off would they be allowed to stay in business.
