Do not go to this hotel.

We checked in, went to ground floor room, saw a rat looking into our room through glass door on patio, bellman said "we do have this problem: smell the rat poison?" We left and manager charged us $633 anyway!

Tried SPG Customer Service said it is up to the manager at the property! They can't help!

This is a rat infested hotel and no one should go there! Very disappointed in SPG. They should have helped!
