Westlake Financial - millspauagh Auto Auction bought vehicle from millspaugh auto auction financed through westlake financial have threats of repo and jail ripoff Los Angeles California

We purchased a vehicle from Millspaugh auto auction on 5-30-06 with a cash down payment of 2500.00 and a 1995 camaro that Millspaugh auto auction was to sell and apply to the purchase of the vehicle we bought that was finaced through Westlake finicial.

The 1995 camaro was sold for 1500.00 and payment was not applied to our vehical that we purchased from Millspaugh auto auction. We have proof of sale of the camaro.

Also we paid 1 payment ahead of 255.00 that we paid to Millspaugh auto auction Westlake says they did not receive it and that it was our responsibility to prove they sent it.

we faxed 2 times copies of all receipts that included the receipt of 255.00 to Westlake financial they will not accept it.

Millspaugh auto auction closed 30 days after purchase with out giving us the proper paper work to plate vehicle.

By law you have 21 days to get paper work Millspaugh auto auction made excuses on why they did not have the paper work.

From our own research we found out they never paid the Indiana auto auction for the vehicle we bought.

We have proof of that also.

We called Westlake for help in getting the paper work they said they were working on it.

Another call to westlake they said they had title to vehicle and we asked them to send us the proper paper work to plate vehicle they did not so I called Indiana auto auction they said they still had title because it had not been paid for yet.

Again we called westlake they told us again they are working on it we in good faith kept paying payments.

Then the calls day and night started wanting the payment they said they did not receive saying we are going to jail for fraud and theft because we did not have it in our name how can we get it in our name if we do not have paper work.

then the amounts started being different 3 bills from Westlake dated all the same with 3 different amounts owed.

Then repo men showed up at our home and threatend us with jail and theft and harm if we did not give them the vehichle JAS out of Marion,Indiana.

Westlake sent us letters saying we have not contacted them in this matter but my cell phone records prove we did call many times.

Westlake called on another time and threatend my oldest daughter to put us on phone we were not home at that time she had our cell phone.

I called and talked to a Ms. Colman and I informed her I contacted the attorney general and her response was laughing at me.

We have late fees,repo fees monthly.

On 4/22/07 another repo man showed up out of Ft.Wayne we explained all to him and he said he would not be back.

Also i would like to add we did not get vehicle plated until 1/23/07 7 months after purchase and we still can not drive it.

We still make payments by western union so that Westlake financial can not say they did not receive.

We want them to sue us so we can counter sue them.

This Westlake financial is a rip off and should be shut down.

First paper work we received was for a vehicle we did not have it took 3 times to go through.

Any one have a suggestion on what to do?
