Yes, and exactly WHERE do idiots like YOU come from ??  If it was YOUR money that this deadbeat wasn't paying back, you would be singing quite a different tune, wouldn't you ???  Of course you would.

There's a reason that this deadbeat even had to go to the sub prime lender, anyway -  HE DOESN'T PAY HIS BILLS AND HE NEVER HAS !!  His credit is in the toilet.  HE IS A DEADBEAT, and has been all of his life.  This isn't a "situation".  This is standard operating procedure for this person, and as such has brought all of this on himself.

The ONLY one WHINING here is YOU.  The rest are responding to your ignorant self-centered, entitlement Ripoff Report.

You don't have to have a "perfect life" to live within your means and pay your bills on time and not complain about the lender when you don't live up to YOUR end of the contract YOU signed.

When you post here, you tacitly agree to accept any and all rebuttals, like them or not.  If that doesn't work for you, DON'T post here.

Make those payments on time and they won't call you. Pay off the loan and you will be rid of them.

You're just "so done with them"...they are so demanding?  Imagine that and you were ONLY one month late!  Can't possibly imagine why they are so, so demanding!

Where do you come up with this SORRY MENTALITY making payments on time, every time is optional?

The ONLY reason they contact you is because you are late!  If you don't want to deal with collections calls, its a very, very, very simple thing to do...YOU make YOUR payments on time, just like YOU promised to do when YOU signed YOUR contract!

The cry babies and whiners you see here exist because like you, they don't make their payments on time.  They expect to get away with it and stomp their feet when they can't.  Then, like you, they come up with some smoke screen such as the lender is so illegal. 

The ONLY reason you need to be financed by a SUBPRIME lender is because YOU have a demonstrated and documented history of NOT paying your bills on time.  Do you think a better way would be for you to look in the mirror and tell yourself your past subprime days are over and "today I will start living financially responsible and  I will stop blaming the lender because I, myself, have NOT been keeping with the terms of the contract I signed and today I will make my payments on time!"  That's all it takes!  Guaranteed, you will never, ever hear from them again.

The ONLY reason they turned on the collections efforts and did a repo is because YOU did not make your payments on time.  Its the exact same scenario with any of the other whiners.  As such, the simple solution is to make your payments on time.

And before you say it, no, I don't work for them!
