Weststar relocation overcharging, not bringing our stuff to us, lying reseda, California

West star relocation are ripping us off as I type this. We still do not have our belongings. We were told our stuff would be here from today to Sunday now we are being told Tuesday or Wednesday. We spoke to a manager who was nasty and condescending and she said we have a email of the weight change from 68something to 10000. When we said the 10000 the guy told us was just a visual and would have it weighed after loading to give us an accurate she said the visual is a accurate and that paper is what we will pay for. Yet that paper we have is checked non binding and it gives a price of 4200.

The manager said we owe43something. Which one is it lady, the paper or you. And the weigh slip they sent to us is less than 10000 so why do we even have to pay what's on the non binding paper?

Plus when we told the manager that the big guy took a six hour nap out of the 8 hours it took them to move our stuff from out of the house to the middle of the street to the truck was OK and none of our business if he slept.

It was also OK that they charged their phone in our outlet, used our restrooms after we cleaned them, had us help take apart the bed for them, constantly needed water, and used our boxes to rewrap what they didn't like that we did, then charged us for the boxes.

On top of all that they marked everything we had as scratched even tho we can prove just there days before with a receipt that we just bought the beds, and how can a bookshelf still sealed in the manufactures box be scratched...and how would you know if you didn't open it?

The manager over the phone was unapologetic, rude, condescending and sarcastic. Who tells a customer it is none of their buisiness ? They have been informed that my mother is disabled and facing brain and spine surgery, know that my daughter needs her things and they still don't care.

It is a get here when it gets here attitude. There will be lawyers contacted about their non binding agreement, there will be pictures taken of everything that comes out, witness here to watch their attitude and work ethic and time it takes. BBB will be contacted and DOT will be contacted.

You will not damage or loss or rip off or mess with my child or my mother. Legal action follows when you do.
