Westwater Construction Company and its owner MARK MILLER ( DEFENDANTS ) and PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES and JOHN SCRANTON are headed to CIVIL TRIAL and if JUDGMENT is obtained in the CIVIL TRIAL, PRECISION ELEVATOR will be sending the case to THE ATTORNEY GENERAL in TALLAHASSEE, Florida and to the Local DISTRICT ATTORNEY for continuation of this case with possible CRIMINAL CHARGES being filed against MARK MILLER and his company WESTWATER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY of SARASOTA , FLORIDA.
