WFBC & Blair Harassed and Rip Off Warren Pennsylvania

I was a customer of BLair.. I purchased a few articles and returned a few. I didn't think that I owed them any money and didn't recognize any bills coming in. I thought they would be from BLair instaid of WFCB that I found out about later.

I received a call from WFCB stating that we owed them money for late fees and were going to charge $15.00 a month. We were away for a month and the mail was held up. By the time I received it, we already started to get calls.. I than sent Blair all the money that I owed them and closed my account.

Now the harassment comes into the picture. We keep getting calls.. We get the ring. On occasion we get to talk to someone that we don't understand because of a language barrier.

Now they are calling morning, noon and night.. Saturday, Sunday and week days. We get our phone calls interupted and when we try to answer the other line there is no one there. We know it's WFCB because of the ID and the phone number is 913-563-5558.

We tried to resolve this by talking to a Bob at WFBC and then his supervisor. I couldn't handle her snottiness so I gave her to my husband.. We requested that they give a credit to our account and no way will they listen.. Our credit can be checked and Blair is the only one that has some complaints.

I will report WFBC to the DO Not Call Registry and also would like a fraud department to look this over. I will not pay this and also will never do business with Blair again.
