I got a credit card from WFNNB through the Express clothing store. From the way they operate, you can tell they are out to get your money. Take my most recent statement as an example. The statement says it was generated on 12/9. But I didn't get an e-mail until 12/14 (and this is AFTER signing up for e-statements, which is supposed to be quicker). The due date is "5 pm on 1/3", which means, to be safe, I should send the payment so that it reaches them at least by the previous business day, which is 12/31. That barely gives me 2 weeks to mail a payment. I have NEVER seen any other credit card company have such ridiculous payment terms. Also, in the past, when I've missed a payment due to the outrageously short turnaround time you're given, they were quick to report that to the credit agencies without contacting me. This is just a rogue company. Search for "WFNNB" on Google and you'll see pages & pages of consumer complaints.
