WFS Financial Christie harrasment, promise supervisor call, rude, problems, Ripoff Spokane Washington

We recieved a call from Christie at WFS Financial and was asked where our payment was. My boyfriend told her we had mailed it the day before. She told my boyfriend when we are late we shouldn't mail the payment. She asked for the check number an the amount.

A couple of days later she called back and said they still haven't got the payment. My boyfriend said it should be there soon. She started raising her voice and saying that we made promises we couldn't keep. Shawn (my Boyfriend) got upset and told he doesnt know what to tell her we mailed it. We were not 30 days past due but were getting close. This is the first time we have ever been this late.

Shawn was so upset I called back and explained what happened and talked to a really nice person. She explained the things we did wrong and I told her that when they call they demand we give them a date. She told me not to give a date to just say we dont know when we can make the payment.

I asked if I could get Christie taken off our case and she told me she would transfer me to that department. I explained my situation to the person in that department and she wasn't very helpful and I asked to talk to a Supervisor. She said she was going to transfer me and I said do not transfer me to Christie.

So who did she transfer me to CHRISTIE. When Christie came on I thought okay I will explain to her why Shawn got so upset and maybe we can resolve this. I was extremely nice but to no avail Christie was not. I asked to talk to her Supervisor and she said her Supervisor was not availible. I said I want to talk to A Supervisor. She said her Supervisor would have to call me back and that the only reason I wanted to talk to a Supervisor was because I hadnt mailed my payment. I said fine I will be waiting for her call.

Okay if we tell them something it is written in stone. I still have not recieved a call from the Supervisor. That was on a Friday.

On Monday I called WFS and asked if they had recieved my payment I had mailed the lady told me they had recieved it. I asked for a copy of the notes that were made to the account. She told me that Shawn would have to request that because I was not on the loan. I said Thank You and hung up.

At 4:45 that night guess who calls yep Christie. Shawn answered the phone and she asked him if he requested a report on the notes made to our account. He said his girlfriend did and told her she could talk to me. She kept at him untill he handed the phone to me. She told me we were 31 days past due (not true). I told her they recieved the payment today and she checked her files and said she didn't see that. She asked me why I requested the notes from Shawns account and I said it doesn't matter. She said if I wanted them I would have to get a supena. I cant find anything online if that is true. I told her fine. She put me on hold to find out if the payment had went thru. I hung up I decided I didnt need to be questioned by her about what I do.

I then got online and found my payment had been recieved by WFS Financial. When Christie called the phone number was from spokane Washington I guess they are the ones WFS hires for over due accounts.

Still waiting for the Supervisors call. Ya right!
