Met with Doug from Elite Custom Cleaning on 12/4/07. Was promised complete cleaning of ducts.
12/5/07 my downpayment check of $197 (50% of total) was cashed.
12/8/07 Cleaner showed up saying I must have misunderstood & if I really wanted the services I thought I was promised, it would be an additional $300. I said absolutely not & requested a refund.
1 month later, I"m not able to contact this company--#'s are no longer in use and can't find any info on internet.

These company names are really just the tip of the iceberg. My son was employed with the newest name of this company, AIR-PRO. The list of names is White Glove Professional Cleaners, Wisconsin Professional Cleaners, Cooper Professional Cleaners, Cooper Ducts, White Glove Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Pros, and now its currently running in Waukesha as Air Pro. All listed have had the same man as the owner...Timothy M. Ebert. Quite a lengthy list on CCAPS as well. He calls Illinois numbers from Wisconsin as the court system demanded he not do his telemarketing in WI. any longer, based upon misleading and unkept promises. He was sent to prison for tax evasion in 2008. Now he rips off his young employees. My son and his co-workers are still trying to get paychecks from a month ago.
He had a company named Wisconsin Carpet outlet also, and that was listed among the names of companies he didn't pay his taxes for, while driving his Porsche 911 in the summer, and his Cadillac Escalade in the winter...not so impressive when he's guilty of ripping off kids trying to do good for him. I've found various home addresses on this guy and I can see why he moves around so much. Tim....call me back! I have have left so very many messages. My son has left even more. We should talk. Coward.
