White Moving & Storage moving ripoff never delivered furniture zero communication Denver Colorado

When we purchased our Mission Hills oak furniture online in January 2007, the vendor wished to use White Moving as the delivery service. We waited, were patient, and finally called White M. after the expected delivery date was over 2 weeks late. We did not receive a return phone call. We emailed White M. and it was returned as 'undeliverable'.

We called the vendor we purchased the furniture from and explained the situation to them, and they couldn't believe we hadn't gotten our items yet. In fact, in an email, they had this to say: "We have requested multiple times for the carrier to contact you.." and "We are truly frustrated with the service you've received from White Moving & Storage."

We confirmed they had our furniture in their possession on February 21, 2007, and when we were frustrated to the point of canceling the order, by then it was March 24. That's over a month! We are 90 miles away from the business location, but that is not an excuse to not contact us or return any messages and to keep our items which were paid for that long. Delivery to our area is a job they accepted.

I would recommend anyone who is getting a delivery to ask first who the delivery service is, and if it is White Moving & Storage, Inc., outright refusing anything to be shipped through them. To this day, (3/28/7) we have not received our order. Thanks, and better luck to the rest of you.
