Perhaps Msdaisy's admitted legally blind condition prevented her from 1) following directions, 2) contacting the company in a timely manner, 3) contacting the company in an appropriate manner. 

I firmly believe Msdaily's viewpoint is unfounded. There are simply no quantifiable, verifiable facts stated, only vehement emotion. That alone makes her report suspect. I would completely discount the "This Product is a RIP OFF~" report and order the product.  

Seems like some people just have a vendetta against this company.  It seems that they did not use the product correctly and they did not really try to contact the company. Others like this product. Her facts are also wrong about the amount of HP in the product etc. Seems more like a hater who has some personal grudge etc.

First I hate the Crest White Strips. They hurt my gums and don't work well near the gum line. I have used the Whitening lightening product and found them great. The only thing is you have to dry your teeth before hand and then let it dry on. One of the girls doing a review said to use a hair dryer to dry your teeth faster....it worked! I have seen my teeth get much whiter using the Whitening Lightning products.

I also was able to get the owner on the phone - her number is listed on this page. She is really great and helped me with my order. Also when I missioned this negative stuff she told me that there are competitors and old employees who started a competing business trying to sabotage her. It seems like this first post and MsDaisy are haters who want nothing more then to try to hurt this business.

They clearly did not try to get to the owner and resolved their issues.  I did my research and found a lot of positive reviews online. Sure there are a few negatives but that is true with every product. I also can see many celebrities are using this product and they all have super white teeth. Anyway I just had to respond to this negativity as this is a great product!

I saw a post from the owner of Whitening Lightning where she gave her personal cell number disputing the above post.  I called her and left a message. Same day I received a call back.

I did teeth whitening at a dental office and boy oh boy did it hurt for two days after.

Am I skeptical of this product?  No moreso than any other product on the shelf or on the internet.  They certainly have some powerful testimonials.

Doesn't matter. I'm intelligent enough to read between the lines of the post, evaluate the product and judge the phone call I received from WL.  I remain impressed by Jennifer for calling me back and I look forward to using the product and evaluating the results and the company for myself.

I decided to order the whitening lightening LED kit from their website after My friend told me she had ordered it because of a YouTube make up artist she follows was raving about it. I immediately ordered it thinking the deal was for a limited Time (it's not theirs TONS of coupon codes online The next day I got worried that I wasted 75$ on something that seemed to good to be true so I decided to look up Reviews... And almost ALL the reviews were from someone who was obviously writing a very pre scripted review For the company. I was so disheartened I even thought about calling to get my money back before the package shipped!!

But, I didn't.. I waited to give it a try. I got the product in a VERY timely manner and everything was there and in working condition (yay) so I followed all the directions to the "T" and can honestly say yesterday teeth whitened a noticeable amount in 20 mins. They advertise 3-7 shades after bleaching but honestly I think it's closer to 3 but still, that's a pretty darn impressive amount in 20 min. Which is ideal for in impatient person such as myself.

My teeth still weren't as white as I wanted so I waited a few days and did it again and this time it made a huge difference! I'm a stylist and have a client who is a dentist and even he noticed :D

Overall, I'm glad I bought the product. I did not feel ripped off at all and wish I could have found more legit unsponsored reviews online when researching my purchase. My lightening kit also came with a bleaching pen but I don't think I'll use it because I'm an everyday coffee drinker and don't see the point. But the LED system has given me the confidence to smile ALOT more :)

P.s although I was happy with my purchase I will be ordering a bleaching kit throughy dentist after I'm done with this stuff. It's usually only a fraction of the cost more expensive and the results are usually a bit better !

Let's get one thing straight here,I am only stating the facts. You have your opinion,which does NOT negate My opinion or my negative experience,as well as many others. Go read all the feedback & reviews on the Internet---they simply are not positive...they match mine & the original author. AND it still stands,if your exp is so great,why would you care so much--- unless you have a vested interest!? I still say you're faux & a plant. Why don't you show us before & after photos of your so called great results??( no fair using other people or photo shop ). LOL

I am sorry if my opinion offends you but I believe I am entitled to it and to voice is here just as you did. There is no need to be nasty just because my opinion is different from yours . I understand that a major brand is never going to please everyone and did not question your opinions. I would appreciate the same courtesy.

I came across this report and felt my experience with this company has been very different so here is my 2 cents. I have been using this pen for 8 months and my teeth have never looked better. I have only re ordered twice and have not returned anything. I did contact the customer service when my second package seemed to be taking a while to get here.

I received an email back so quickly it surprised me. After tracking my package it appeared to be lost and a replacement package was sent out right away I received it a few days later. I have no complaints with them and recommend giving them a chance because the service was good and the product works. Thank you
