Whiteovernite ripoff Internet

I clicked on an advertisement to try a free sample of white overnite for 3.95. I received a small trial size a few days later. The very next day, I received a larger size of the same product. I did not know why I received two of the same product in two different sizes. A few days later, I received my credit card statement which showed a charge for the 3.95 and another charge for 106.90. I did not even get the chance to try the free trial size. I was stunned. I called the company at the phone number on my charge bill and was told that I could not get a refund, that I should have been smart enough to read the fine print. The person (boy) I spoke to was very rude. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager because there was no other person there. First of all, this free trial is not free for 3.95 because they are also charging the consumer 106.90. Therefore, in order to try the product for 3.95, you must also pay 106.90. This is ridiculous, I was told that I could not return the unused product. I hope something can be done to protect other innocent victims in the future. Thank you for your help.
